Problems when registering

 

Ø      My email address has been declined / I'm being told that I've already registered.

 

WorkerANT requires a unique email address for every member. If you do not believe you have ever registered on WorkerANT, consult anyone who might share the email address you are using, or use a different email address.

 

Ø      I received my registration conformation email, but when I click on the activation link, nothing happens / I received my registration conformation email but the activation link is in plain text.

 

Highlight the entire activation link, copy it and then paste the link into a new internet window which should bring up the WorkerANT page to complete your registration.

Ø      I did not receive a registration confirmation email.

Check to see if your inbox is full. If it is full, delete some email messages so that you can receive new ones, (and then ask WorkerANT to resend registration email).  

If you have a junk mail folder, check to see if the email is in that folder.  

Wait up to 24 hours. As WorkerANT does not control your email system, your email may not arrive instantly.  

If 24 hours have passed, and you still haven't received your registration email, contact WorkerANT.

Ø      A message keeps telling me that my user name is invalid.

Check that your user name is in compliance with WorkerANTs guidelines
