Here's how to find what you want on WorkerANT:

Ø       Browse when you're not exactly sure what you're looking for, or when you just want to explore through the range of adverts/profiles in a particular category. To browse, click on a category in the left column of the WorkerANT home page or if the category you are looking for is not listed here, click the green link to Browse all ads or Browse all workers.

Ø       Use Search when you're looking for a specific job or worker that you can describe using a few words. To search, enter a few keywords to describe the job or worker in the Search box, which is found at the top-right corner of most WorkerANT pages. You will then receive search results that match your keywords.

NB you do not have to be logged in to browse workers or adverts.

Make sure you know who you are trading with:

Once you find a listing that interests you, click on it to view details of the job/worker and find out as much as you can before you decide your next move.

Fully read the job description or worker profile, including important information such as payment terms.

Check the worker's (or employer's) reputation by clicking on their WorkerANT Id and see their Feedback scores in the "Trading History" section of their profile. To read what other members have said about the worker's reliability, quality of work and level of service, click the See all feedback button. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Feedback as a Provider, Feedback as an Advertiser or All Feedback to read other member's reviews of the worker/employer.
