WorkerANT is an evolving website that provides a dynamic and self-supporting community where people seeking flexible work can interact with those seeking help. Home working and flexible working are socially inclusive, environmentally sound options for the 21st Century workforce.

The site operates in an environment of openness and trust and encourages the same from its users.

It is, however, necessary to have a few additional guidelines:

You agree, through your use of this site, that you will not post any material on forums, or within your profile, which is defamatory,  inaccurate, abusive, hateful, obscene, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of libel laws and other relevant laws.  In the event that any of the above are deemed to have been posted, the web master reserves the right to override the user's ID and edit posts or profiles.  In the event of a major violation of these terms a user may be suspended.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is yours or you have written consent from the owner of the copyright..

Spam, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid selling schemes and other solicitations are also not permitted on this site.

It is impossible for workerANT  to confirm the validity of posts or profiles, and as a result we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented.

All messages express the views of the author, and do not represent the views of workerANT. Anyone who feels that site content including forum posts are inappropriate has the right to notify a member of workerANT staff or contact webmaster@workerant.co.uk. WorkerANT has the right to remove inappropriate content, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You are responsible for the content of your messages and in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you we reserve the right to reveal your information to relevant authorities.

Site users are given the opportunity to choose a user name. We suggest you use a derivation of your own or business name.  In the event that you choose a name that is deemed inappropriate we reserve the right to block that name and request that you allocate another to continue using your account.

Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

Also note that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your user name and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.
